YEPIC is a job management app built to help tradespeople stay organised. In a sector where tools are often overly complex and uninspiring, YEPIC needed a disruptive brand to stand out. We partnered with them from concept through launch, shaping a platform that has grown into a thriving, paid product with over 20k users.
Branding
To break away from the sameness of the trade tech market, we created a brand identity that was approachable, practical, and professional, without being heavy or intimidating. The YEPIC brand was designed to feel relatable while still delivering credibility. We developed a complete brand system covering every aspect of identity and supporting assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Web design & build
We designed and built YEPIC’s website to clearly communicate the app’s benefits and guide potential users toward action. The site balances storytelling with functionality, using strong CTAs and product demonstrations to show how YEPIC fits seamlessly into a tradesperson’s workflow. Alongside the main marketing site, we also created a 'Founders Club' hub for early adopters, fostering community and loyalty from the start.
App design
Simplicity was the guiding principle for the app experience. We carried the brand’s dark UI through to the product, ensuring visual unity and consistency. Working closely with the UI team, we refined layouts and interactions to keep the app intuitive, practical, and aligned with the brand identity.
Animation & video
The playful nature of the brand opened the door to a distinctive animation style. We produced engaging, eye‑catching videos that blended illustration with real UI, keeping the content both entertaining and accurate. To extend reach, we collaborated with influencers to direct and edit user‑generated content for ads, ensuring the brand felt authentic and relatable to real tradespeople.
Events
To cement YEPIC’s presence in the industry, we designed and organised the brand’s first major event at CEF Live. This activation brought the brand into the real world, showcasing its disruptive identity and creating a memorable experience for attendees.
